Do I need an appointment to visit the display homes?

While walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours, I highly recommend booking a specific time with me.

This ensures I’m available to sit down with you, review your land details, and answer specific questions about site costs and design modifications, rather than just doing a quick walkthrough.

Can I modify the designs I see on display?

Absolutely. Unlike many volume builders, we offer genuine flexibility. Whether you want to make a room larger, add a butler’s pantry, or change the layout to suit your block’s orientation, we can modify our plans to fit your lifestyle.

Do I need to own land before visiting?

Not at all. If you already have land, bring the address and any plans you have so I can provide initial feedback on siting and compliance. If you don’t have land yet, we can discuss our available home and land packages in SEQ’s best estates.

Do you build fully custom homes?

Yes. If none of our standard designs are quite right, we can work with you to create a custom home from scratch. We can price your own architectural plans or help you design a unique concept, providing a fixed-price proposal for peace of mind.

What areas do you build in?

Through our partnership with Hudson Homes, we build extensively across South-East Queensland and NSW. If you have a specific block in mind, simply get in touch, and we can confirm if it falls within our build zone and assess any specific site requirements.
